"We have lots of Antidote now..." - Well, you enough to cure about 4 beavers, so not really Lots. You don't need to put platforms on the volcano to put a district there. You just need the 2 diverters out from it, for good & bad water. With wheels.

I'm surprised when I don't have power. Then again, I commonly start building a battery tower before I've unlocked windmills. Which I do fairly early. Can't let your beavers run out of power on Hard.

You could change the regular plank storage by the volcano to treated planks instead of building another storage.
