I'm dead serious - has *anyone* ever made a 5% valuation at $100k and honestly gotten it? Some people walk in with the most ridiculous valuations; and this dude frankly wasted everyone's time by waiting to say 'oh it's impossible to negotiate' - this is a huge example of awesome product, awful disclosure of info. Even if dude could've moved to *ten* percent, I think he could've had a deal. $100k at 5%, non-negotiable, is a non-starter.

Apparently a lot of the people that go on the show are invited by the BBC under the guise of advertising their product. They dont necessarily apply to go on looking for an investment. That what youtube comments told me over the last 4 day DD binge anyway.

For Tim to make a deal he would have to have given his own portions of the company, since the other stakeholders weren’t willing to further dilute their shares. A 100k cash injection would honestly not be worth it for him to lose so much of his own shares in an already successful business (you have to consider that this is not a fledgling start up like most proposals on this show). So in reality he’d probably be better off with a bank loan for the $100k than taking such a huge dilution of his own personal shares

I think you're confusing DD with ST. I've heard sharks offer a loan on many occasions, but not even once by a dragon. So it's safe to assume they're not allowed to offer loans, or it would have happened at least once in all the years DD has been on the air.

His valuation is NOT crazy. They are just gaslighting him into giving up more percentage of his company. 15% is crazy, that's tribe the amount. They obviously know that this product will make money, but they are not willing to be involved unless they can make a lot oylf money OUT OF the product. It's greed, pure greed.

It’s an amazing product I now have one and I paid a bit more than the price quoted here but it’s an amazing product, and I think they were horribly wrong they now have a multi million pound a year product!!! Wow…… that’s a shame for them 😂👌😂
