What a fantastic, selfless and caring lady. I don’t take vitamin’s (occasional supplement on GP advice) but I hope she’s successful. Her background and determination is something to be proud of. The brand did look like a cosmetic but the access to the pills was great. So tidy! What a natural beauty too, with a gentle and clear voice! Great to deal with, I’m sure! I never understood why healthy people ate vitamins. If you're sick, have an illness and have trouble getting enough of the proper vitamins then I say YES, take supplements but otherwise, NO. Just eat the right foods which we are so fortunate to have at our fingertips unlike many third world countries. The only supplement that I now take at age 68 is D3 because I don't get enough sunshine but other than that I take nothing. I eat a lot of vegetables, fish, some seafood, yogurt, cheese and red meat. Those foods include everything you need.
