Apparently minodoxil/rogaine also helps for beards! I have a slightly less patchy beard (bought it for head hair thinning) and it definitely made some facial hair more thick. Apparently that's how they found out it worked on hair - it was a blood pressure medicine then women started growing beards.

I've only ever used Minoxidil to fill in bald spots in my beard, but balding friends of mine have used it with great results. Some things to look out for are (relatively) minor side effects like lower blood pressure and headaches. Also keep in mind that the substance is meant to strengthen WEAKENED hair follicles, not completely restore them. If you are bald, you will not get your hair back. It is only useful on places where your hair is THINNING and as soon as you stop using Minoxidil your hair follicles will start regressing again.

The 151 attempts don't really tell the full story I think. the first like 40 of his attempts he played blind, and a lot of runs were reset on bad earlygame luck. Run and Bun comparatively has a lot less RNG bullshit, even though it still has a ton, and there are no absolutely required encounters like VA Lanturn

Have you seen Pokemon Elite Redux? It's also pokemon and mechanics of gen 8, but every pokemon has perfect ivs and 3 to 4 abilities at once. I'm playing casually and it's had some really hard times on the hardest setting and second hardest level cap. I think it would be interesting to see you tackle it if you're interested.

Ive only ever nuzlocked Fire Red before, and recently I watched Jan play Run and Bun and I felt the urge to give it a shot mostly because of the Endless Candy, Togglable Repel, and enforced level caps making it very accessible to players. I couldnt get past Brawley with Hardcore Nuzlocke rules, but I'm continuing the game anyways because of how cool the synergies and fights have been, u rarely get an enemy that has a bad team, its either a great team or a very niche team with a strategy that'll get u hyped up when u realize how to crack it. I'm currently walled by Chelle even without HC Nuzlocke rules, and I have to say this game has inspired me to create my own ROM hack. Incredible game, so easy to get started with, so fulfilling to get past each encounter. Huge props to Dekzeh for this fantastic game, and boo to the haters who are salty they cant Nuzlocke it properly and just cry about it all over reddit and twitter

Picking up your starter is optional, because in a different building, they just give you a Celebi. I can't help but notice the Colosseum/XD music on many videos, you ever did any challenges with those? Iirc the constant double battles can get more tactical and AI knowledge-dependent than any other vanilla game incentivizes, like the gauntlets on mt. battle or whatever it was called. Gonna do my 1st casual run since childhood soon! Perhaps the coolest thing about contant double battles: You can build your teams around it without hurting yourself for 99% of the game.
