Also the reason he lived through the entire video is if you look closely they have him hooked up to an IV, assumed to be adrenaline so he doesnt pass out or go into shock. The only indicating factor to what was going on is that one man says "You picked the wrong side mother fucker" and it is spoken in Spanish. Due to the methods used we assume it is Cartels torturing a rival Cartel member based on what they are doing and saying in the video. But no definitive answer that is just what has been gathered.

Love Bestgore! Great content but also a lot of rough shit like this. My favorite video is 1 Lunatic 1 Icepick, mainly because the song he plays in it is fire. The most traumatizing one for me though is easily Chechclear. that will leave you with traumas.
