As someone who has been to jail (I missed a court date for a traffic violation and had to sit for a weekend) The FIRST thing literally everyone asks you is what you did. And if you don't answer, people assume it had something to do with kids. On top of that the people who have been there long enough have people on the outside who will look up new inmates and their charges.

@@suranda. exactly, look at some of the kid drama shows they have like Andi Mack or even Stranger Things, it's children and teenagers but they're convincing in their roles. You can tell in these little Brat shows that the director is NOT doing his job well enough, the script is obviously written by two 40 year old white men who haven't heard a teenager speak in over 17 years, and the "actors" have no idea how to use facial expressions or sync their dialogue with each other to form a smooth conversation (which is also kind of the directors fault). Like seriously, I have 0 experience in the production side of TV but I could probably do better than what these idiots are doing.

my sister was actually a volunteer at a hospital for her school and they call them volunteens not tv’s, and based on her stories, it’s mostly cleaning old people and changing bed pans. Not as glamorous as falling in love and stitching up your crush

Not very fun stuff because they’re volunteers, so they’re a liability. We really appreciate the volunteers at my hospital. Now that covid is around we don’t have them anymore :(

I love when the nurse is on the phone for 3 seconds and says "no that is not a disease" and immediately hangs up. I'm a nurse and we get calls at the nurses station all the time of people asking medical questions. Never once has anyone just called to ask "is this a disease" and then after you respond, just hang up. Like what was that lmao? Also I would try to get some kind of information from them, like why are you calling to ask in the first place? Are you having symptoms? How old are you? Why tf did you call the hospital when you could have very easily googled that?
