A mini Truck Broken Axle was Picked up from the Scrap yard and Repaired and Made usable

Do have to give the lathe man credit, he did clean up the shaft splines, but there was a lot of "cosmetic" machining that only made it look good. This axle WILL break again if installed, can't avoid it unless you throw it back in the scrap pile.

Did they case harden it? I would give it 60 seconds of full service.

This is how all this videos are filmed in fact - they just picking some rusty axle in a pile of trash and paying to machinist to "repair" it. Nobody is crazy enough to put it on a car it seems.
