I’ve seen the body cam angle, he is eating a small cake when they pull up. But even if he’s guilty he never told the woman she was being detained or under arrest he just reached out and tossed her down. Then sprays her. This cop is so incapable of detaining an older woman who’s passively resisting. This bad cop needs to be fired.

Did the store false report? I can't see that in the video, but what we do see is cops showing up to a scene and making a multiple choice pick of whose rights they're going to violate, which is something the cops do all the time even without getting a call or a report of a crime. The hardest thing for a cop to do seems to be conducting an investigation. Going inside and asking what the problem is seems way too hard a task for them.

It could be very likely the person getting involved could end up helping a criminal not an innocent person. I completely understand where you are coming from and have the same feeling of wanting to help the innocent but we don't know the facts of the situation. It is a very dangerous to get involved and risking your own life over something that we have very little context to. The best thing to do is to record the situation.

I just wanted to thank you for the content you put out. I've learned so much just by watching all these injustices. it'd made me love the LAW that much more. I'm in my forties now and I had my share of ugly situation with the police but always remained QUIET. You can plainly see in the cops own bodycam that he went up to her with the intention of stopping her from filming. He goes straight for the camera and immediately attempted to smack it out of her hand. He then went hands on in an attempt to cover that up, or purely out of anger. I've lived in California for 10 years and I have never visited LA. This is solely because I worry about the criminal cops who can hurt you with no repercussions. Not that this isn't the case in most police departments, but it seems to be way more likely in LA.

When I saw that MF throw that woman to the ground my blood immediately started boiling. You can tell there is no accountability because they do these things in broad daylight in front of everyone. No respect for humans. This is a disgrace. That's okay the courts may not make him accountable but God will. He is going to get old one day and I hope someone abuses him. Karma never forgets.
