✔️Sweet substitute - according to taste and desire
✔️Agar - 0.5 teaspoon
✔️Berries, any fruit
✔️Water - 100ml
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 163.9 kcal.
Protein - 11.4 g.
Fat - 8.8 g.
Carbohydrate - 10.6 g.
