I ordered the olive stock pot from @williamssonoma over a month ago. A week after, the status of the pot changed from in stock and ready to ship to back ordered. I waited the extra month and a half for the pot to arrive because I loved the color so much. However, when the pot finally arrived, it came in a box that looks like its been thrown around a warehouse and the actual pot was damaged on the inside and outside. I contacted customer service just to be hung up on by a representative because she didn't want to deal with my aggravation. The whole ordeal has been terrible. I really expected better.
