Great show! I've tried the "tin" fish diet before seeing this. I just hate the smell and the look. However, I felt great on a 3 day challenge. Did I feel "great" enough to keep it going, ah, no. On another note, your Blue Flame explanation really hit home with me. I always called all my endeavors, learning what I don't like and for sure don't want to do for a living. I love learning and exploring, period. Your right Jen.
