I live in an apartment and honestly waterless wash is a game changer. It cuts down washing time by half cos theres no pre-hosedown, no foam cannon and no post hosedown required. Not to mention It saves me lugging my hose down from the storage unit. The only problem I had was not being able to waterless wash the wheel and tyres but looks like now I can lol. Still it feels weird not to hose or foam the car during a wash but hey much more efficient and comes out with similar results on lightly soiled vehicles.

I have to smile - I spent months to find a really great wheel and tire cleaner and added it to my processes and now - a wheel and tire cleaner that is better! I kind of like this in theory to leave in my trunk. The black wheels on my GTI get dirty so easily from brake dust so being able to just touch them up with this makes a lot of sense.

Oddly enough the video I watched before yours was Fab automotive channels video on this product. This is a great alternative when the temps are too cold to run a hose in your driveway. Here in Chicago we get hard winters too. Btw, had snow yesterday (4/1/22).

What's your recommended dilution ratios for maintenance washes (lightly dirty), medium dirty, and heavily dirty?

I think maybe 1:1 or up to 3:1 for medium or light. Heavy I would say straight out the bottle. But I guess it’s just trial and error and if you really want to know. Tho I feel like 4:1 will probably do with how good it does in pans video.

@@TheCeki1982 can confirm now that undressed is great. I normally clean wheels with brake buster 10:1 in an ik foam pro 2 and I used to use brake buster straight on tires. It would take 2-3 passes usually to clean the tires. My process now is to prerinse, hit the tires with undressed undiluted then foam over it with the brake buster which gives it extra dwell time and some nice suds. One pass almost every time

Hi again Pan. I just re-watched this video on the Waterless Wheel and Tire cleaner. I noticed that when you wiped off the tire with a micorfiber towel it left a pretty nice "dressing" look. Can you apply your preferred tire dressing? If you do, do you have to let the wheel completely dry after you've wiped off the product? Thanks!!

Sup Pan! New to detailing. Wondering what’s the best way to handle bug guts and droppings between washes. I’ve been doing a full wash every other week but by day 4 I have bugs plastered on my front end.

Make sure you have some sort of paint protection on your paint. Makes cleaning them much easier, as they don't stick as much. And when it's time to clean them, use a quality bug remover like this: bit.ly/38pLm1Z

Great review Pan👍 Since finding Feynlab RW I could/would use it as a WW for tires/wheels, just a little stronger mix using distilled water. Because Feynlab RW is so strong I wouldn't have to use much to make a gallon of it like this AND have xproduct over to do RW and WW's on the ride😎

Great review. May I ask something sir? Are these tire dressings have extra protection properties to tires (found the answer in other of your video )? I used a cheap one (spray bottle which says it helps to protect) which looks too shiny like I drove through olive oil. I immediately washed it back :) I use a product for cleaning which is meant for heavy equipment tire cleaning product produced by local chem company. Some mechanic gave me a bottle of it because it came with barrels. :) It makes tires look like new when dried.

You think this would be safe on a polished aluminum wheel lip ?, Ive noticed one thing with all the many videos I watch about detailing is they never are on custom cars like show cars and things, all the detailing videos I see are on factory stockish cars, I think there could be a market in showing people what works on custom stuff like after market 3pc wheels, custom interiors like diamond stitched leather, several different things about custom show cars, I know I would love a video or 2 just showing some products that do well on show cars with delicate finishes ... just a I thought, I watch all your videos and they're nothing short of amazing, you are extremely informative and helpful, Thank you for that

I haven’t tested it that way but the folks at Extra Tough say yes. You would have to test different dilutions to find what works best for your sprayer and water quality.

I protect my wheels with TW Flex Wax. Will this product strip my protection?

Not more than any other wheel cleaner. When you see the hydrophobics starting to drop, you can just spray more Flex Wax and rinse. Takes a few seconds per wheel. ;)

I love the thought and detail you put into your reviews. Any thoughts or plans on doing a review of McKee’s graphine products? I’m especially interested on your thoughts of the their hydro graphine spray and the 3in1 polish. I have noticed that outside ONR you leave McKee’s products out of your comparison videos. Do they make quality and reliable products? I’ve recently gotten into detailing my own vehicles as an enthusiast. Currently using Adam’s products but looking to branch out.

I do have a few of the new McKee's graphene products. If I get enough viewer interest, I'll look into making a dedicated video. McKee's makes very good products by the way. On the same level as Adam's Polishes and Griot's Garage.

@@PanTheOrganizer thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I can’t find any reviews for most of McKee’s products and I’m trying to decided on a ceramic sealant/wax. I want protection but also high gloss. Would you go with McKee’s deep gloss sealant or Turtlewax Pro to the Max Wax. Or perhaps neither of these. There are so many choices and I guess being a newbie to proper detailing techniques I am very overwhelmed.

Extra tough water less wheel and tire cleaner would be great for someone like me to use cleaning my work truck when working out of town when staying in hotel . I like a clean work truck but have no water to clean it only at a coin wash .

Is there a problem if that gets sprayed onto the rotors as it probably would with wide open mag wheels? I would hate to find out when I apply the brakes and find out my stopping power is compromised.

There is absolutely no worries on that side. I have yet to use a good wheel cleaner that gave me issues while braking.

This is a great product, looks similar to Meguiar's Waterless wheel and tire cleaner. Did you just get some shipped up to you in Canada Pan? I clicked the link to see the prices and I'm sorry but $56 bucks shipping on top of the product cost is just outrageous! I'll have to wait until they work through a Canadian distributor, you guys in the states are lucky to have this!

I had a client request the treads and ‘tween gaps be cleaned. Without a lift that was not fun! Perhaps this will help with that but I’d need a proper brush for treads. Do they make them Brother Pan?
