This race is honestly scary, when you are directly behind a car, the rain doesn’t let you see anything. Surprised to see both Honda NSX NA midships at the top of the leaderboard, even in this heavy rain wet track. The Mazda RX-7 was so far behind even the Supra RZ

really surprised the normal NSX beat the GTR round a wet track

barfyman362 good balance with the weight over the driven tires. the gtr would probably respond better to power, and put it down better as power increases, low hp is where awd lacks
im surprised the supra kept up do well, i wouldn't peg it as a track car

Drake5153 it does better than alot people think. the jdm version is under powered compared to usdm and euro spec version.

Drake5153 it has always been on par with the GTR. I don't know why people seem to think otherwise... It has a better engine and potential for great handling. I run similar times to a new Porsche GT3, and mine isn't anything crazy

@@Skirk84 that becuz the person driving the 911 GT3 is a imbecile , no Supra can match a 911
The fact that a gtr can’t pass or stay ahead of an MR car on wet pavement is a testament to the uselessness of its 4wd system. Why give it 4wd and set it up to be so tail happy that you can’t put the power down? Could have just made it an FR, shaved a few hundred pounds and turned it in to a proper sports car.
The r32 was designed to be a group A homologation special with a fancy AWD system, running a good 500+ bhp in race trim. The road car was absolutely fine as it was, and it did compete against the top performance cars of it's day. That doesn't mean it has to win everything. It also goes without saying that It is a whole lot heavier than the all aluminum NSX.
