@@AmandeepSinghRatwaya bhai pehle to road avoid karo, go for grass or sand running, otherwise get better cushioning shoes and from now onwards avoid sprinting and strides, just jogging, and use d3 60k capsules once a week and calcium tablet daily and also take calcium rich diet with sunlight exposure daily, dont massage if there is any swelling or bump, for initial days use ice and then shift to heat pad, gradually increase your mileage, ssc gd ke baad hi physical hoga, I still have pain after sprints and it subsides after few hrs of rest and also have bony bump which might be calcium deposit, my shin pain was severe one called stress fracture, you should strengthen your lower leg muscles and release your tight calves by foam rolling or massing, it will take time for now continue slow running or jogs, jab physical ayega date, tab speed work kar lena for now work on endurance, currently my time is under 7 minutes, and also incorporate cycling it will maintain your strength and endurance without much stress on shin.

@@Subhamjaisworld bhai time mera already under 6 minutes hai long jump high jump bhi puri hai but pata nahi kya hua ek din jump practice kar raha tha halka dard hua ankle me agle din subah utha to chala bhi nahi jara tha. 1 week rest liya or running ki halki halki start ki. Ab 1 week baad everything went down shin splits groin pain ankle pain chala bhi nahi ja raha. Thinking of taking 10-15 days rest pair salamat rahenge to shayad de pau physical abhi ki haalat me to muskil hi hai.
