@@murdermysterieswithmegan141 First of all, six highly qualified professionals hired by Boulder Authorities and the FBI determined Patsy, John, or Burke Ramsey did not write the ransom note. Chief Beckner confirmed that the investigation had retained the services of Chet Ubowski, Leonard Speckin, Edwin Alford, and Richard Dusack, Howard Ryle and Lloyd Cunningham to perform handwriting analysis and comparisons. Not ONE of the examiners identified any of the Ramseys as the author of the ransom note. - Former DA Alex Hunter's deposition 11/27/01 Second- the Ramseys were NOT indicted. The jury voted to indict, but the District Attorney did not file charges. He refused to sign the true bill. Why? There was no evidence the Ramseys committed a crime. During a grand jury hearing, no judge is present; the proceedings are led by a prosecutor; and the defendant has no right to present his case or in many instances, to be informed of the proceedings at all. Therefore, grand juries vote to indict 99.9% of the time, so their vote to indict ANYONE means squat. The United States (only half of the states actually employ them) and Liberia are the only 2 countries that retain grand juries. Why? Because they're flawed. Useless. A waste of taxpayer's money. DNA from an unknown male left at the crime scene eliminated, CLEARED all Ramseys as suspects long ago. The same DNA was used to positively exclude numerous suspects, such as Michael Helgoth, Chris Wolf, Randy Simons, Glenn Meyer, Gary Oliva, John Mark Karr, Santa Bill McReynolds, Linda Hoffman-Pugh, Mervyn Pugh, and others. The son and mom were went through a lot of trauma and had to be medicated I’m sure, but they still all just seem SO “off”...I’m not an expert by ANY means but we’ve all watched enough true/fictional crime shows. Six highly qualified professionals hired by Boulder Authorities and the FBI determined Patsy, John, or Burke Ramsey did not write the ransom note. Chief Beckner confirmed that the investigation had retained the services of Chet Ubowski, Leonard Speckin, Edwin Alford, and Richard Dusack, Howard Ryle and Lloyd Cunningham to perform handwriting analysis and comparisons. Not ONE of the examiners identified Patsy Ramsey as the author of the ransom note. -Excerpts from former DA Alex Hunter's deposition 11/27/01 Who told Boulder Police the amount of John Ramsey's bonus? John Ramsey did! Why would he try to cover up a murder, but then tell police about his bonus? That makes no sense. The amount of his bonus was on every paycheck that year. The intruder had hours inside the home to look through John and Patsey's papers...or someone who knew the Ramseys, or worked in their home, or worked with John. The possibilities are endless.

“the Ramsey’s had no history of abuse or neglect of their children” is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. how in Sam Hill would anyone ever know whether or not those children were abused? they wouldn’t! they didn’t live in that house and see or hear what went on. abuse doesn’t always leave a physical scar-in fact, it *rarely* does. abusive people can be extremely covert about what they do, and based on my experience with those sorts of “people”, the two parents fit the bill, and the son fits the bill for a terribly conditioned child.

The very first impression of a crime is very important: What the first detective observed in the house was crucial. If every detail of the first day had been thoroughly analyzed, they would have solved this crime a long time ago. The ransom letter is a key piece, as it looks more like a confession than a ransom note. The 911 call was odd... disastrous. All the people interviewed in this case showed much more emotion than the family itself. Indeed a very weird case from day one. Red flags everywhere!

Regardless of all the evidence or lack thereof, I take a lot of stock in the fact that people who knew the Ramsey's well, including their former housekeeper, the woman who helped with the pageants taking pics and making dresses for JonBenet, and John's BFF Fleet White actually suspected them. That says a lot when the people closest to you whom you trust suspect you. If they were innocent their friends would be their biggest supporters. Not to mention the ransom letter went overboard trying to throw off the police, the Ramseys didn't say anything when the time had passed for the supposed kidnappers to call, handwriting experts indicated the letter matched Patsy's writing and her writing style and use of words like using initials, accent marks, and phrases that Patsy was known to say, Patsy lying and denying her own known handwriting on family photo album when it was presented to her, it goes on and on how deceptive Patsy was. Yes she was grieving but that doesn't mean she or another family member in the house did not kill JBR. There were more circumstantial evidence pointing to the Ramsey's than pointing to a possible intruder. Even if someone else wrote the letter and tried to copy her handwriting they could not have known the style and phrases she tended to use. And she was certainly capable of lying, she denied that she dyed JBR's hair blonder for the pageants. This is just an example of how having a lot of wealth gets you out of trouble, they probably paid people off. Steve Thomas quit bc he was so frustrated knowing the Ramsey's were guilty but the DA refused to indict.

He got around the office constantly talking about the Book he was going to write. His partner was an auto theft officer. Other detectives were working this case but Thomas formed his little Gang. If anyone disagreed with Thomas, they were ridiculed & ostracised. More than one seasoned detective Left. After that childish book of BS was put on shelves, someone touted him as ‘lead detective’. From the very beginning, he aided & abetted the ‘leaking’ of false & misleading information to the press. When the BPD were Caught Out doing this, a Public apology to the Ramseys was filmed & put out through national news agencies - but, the damage was Well Done by then. Thomas stated that they were trying to pressure the parents into a confession &/or turning on each other. Thomas Made Up a ridiculous scenario in his Sociopathic head & blamed Patsy because of a friggin notepad. It is the Practice of Law Enforcement to withhold evidence from the public. To protect the integrity of the investigation, certain aspects of evidence are withheld from particular members within the police department. Thomas didn’t even Know the full Truth of the injuries to JB’s person nor did he Care to Find Out, instead he just ‘hypothesized’ relentlessly about her poor mother. He illegally took evidence material from the BPD. He said he was going ‘on leave’ & never returned. Next - he went on National TV & read out his resignation letter, a shameful act that was unheard of in law enforcement history, but really, That was his marketing Ploy for his book that he was writing, in partnership with another Loser. Thomas was promptly sued for that book of BS & garnered money from the Public for his defence. When time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back himself. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he had made, of Your money. LMAO.

The Boulder PD hired 2 private handwriting analysts & they also took the note to the Secret Service for 2 of Their experts, all 4 said NO Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP to Be. The letter formations were Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that NO Ramsey was involved in the writing of that Ridiculous note. And, the public have Never SEEN Patsy’s actual writing. From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under both of JB’s pinkie fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months & so of course, the public too. The same Steve Thomas who had Never worked a murder case before but later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but that was Never tested. Steve Thomas got around the office constantly talking about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. *Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. FYI - the vote was Not for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA actually Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The jurors were Conned into believing Patsy wrote that Ridiculous note, that’s All.* The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, the reading of his Pathetic letter blaming the DA for his Own failings, was his Marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of Lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, either. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his ‘Story’. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He made up a time of death to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. There was No basis for that case to go forward to trial so Wolfe lost. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with samples of the letters from the note down columns & letters Next to those, exactly the same, As If Patsy wrote those letters, it’s all Fake. Every man & his dog has been out to make Money off the back of this high profile crime. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from one of the unknown males was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly & Officially in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr in 2006, who said he did it. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push this vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the never ending same old same old False information continues with many making up New false information for the titillation factor. Years down the track James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. Like Steve Thomas, Kolar had Never worked a murder case either. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. Then CBS heard the sound of Kerching & that Bogus ‘show’ was aired in 2016, predominately blaming Burke & that’s why Kolar was on there like a Snake in the grass. *NOBODY would Write 3 pages of 365 words & numbers as a ransom note plus use their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The COPS. There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That!* Chief Mark Beckner eventually found some integrity & publicly stated “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”. *All highly ignorant Ramsey bashers need to get this Very Clear - You Do NOT Know Better than some of the Best investigators in the country or the Expert crime scene techs or the Top forensic scientists or the FBI or the Secret Service or the DAs or the Federal Court Judge or John Douglas or Lou Smit OR the Boulder PD, who, for Many Years & to this day Also state that the Ramseys - Are Innocent.

I have seen experts try but also seen them explain to the public that while they could hypothesize based on sounds that are barely audible through enhancement (like enhancing an image) the more you have to use technology to hear/see something the more room for error like how a picture becomes blurred if you zoom in to closely. I think the latest audiology forensic expert says that while there is low sound that could be some additional voices, the evidence could be inconclusive and unable to be used because of margin of error (noise being from vacuum, appliance being turned on or off etc)

I continually see people stating that the Ramseys were cold, uncaring, unemotional and insincere following their daughter’s death. Unfortunately, false leaks and media sensationalism led people to believe this. Below are several Boulder police reports regarding John and Patsy’s behavior that contradict what we’ve always been told. ”Patsy is loosing [sic] her grip at the scene.” (BPD #5-3851.) ”John Ramsey would break down and start sobbing at the scene.” (BPD #5-3839.) ”Every time the phone rings, Patsy stands up and just like takes a baseball bat to the gut and then gets down on her knees and she’s hiding her head and crying as soon as that phone rings and it’s like a cattle prod.” (BPD #5-3859.) ”Sgt. Reichenbach felt Patsy was a complete emotional mess.” (BPD Report #5-3917.)(formal interview) ”Officer French thinks the Ramseys are acting appropriately at the scene.” (BPD Report #5-3851.) (formal interview) ”12: 05 a.m. 12-27-96: “Both John and Patsy get Valium.” (BPD Report # 1-112) ”12: 20 a.m. 12-27-96: “John and Patsy Ramsey fall asleep on the living room floor.” (BPD Report #1-112) ”01: 50 a.m. 12-27-96: “Patsy gets up and asks if someone is with her son, Burke. She also asks for more pills and says ‘I just want to stay asleep.’ She also asks if all the doors and windows are locked. She is drowsy and drugged.” (BPD Report #1-112) ”02: 00 a.m. 12-27-96: “Patsy gets up to go to the bathroom. She is drowsy and dazed. Sobs every once in a while. At times needs to be supported.” (BPD Report #1-112) ”02: 35 a.m. 12-27-96: “Patsy Ramsey goes back to bed.” (BPD Report #1-112) ”02: 40 a.m. 12-27-96: “John Ramsey gets up and asks for two pills and walks around crying.” (BPD Report #1-112) ”02: 45 a.m. 12-27-96: “John Ramsey goes back to bed.” (BPD Report #1-113, Source.) ”02: 50 a.m. 12-27-96: “John Ramsey is back up crying and sobbing at times.” (BPD Report #1-113) ”Per [Patsy’s friend] … Patsy looked dead herself … was up every 30 minutes throughout the night. John was pacing when I got there … was pacing and crying throughout the night … Patsy would ask … me to check on Burke every 10 minutes.” (BPD Report #1-1881) ”Patsy was literally in shock. Vomiting, hyperventilating.” (BPD #5-433) ”Patsy cries all the time.” (BPD #1-640) ”During the initial ransom demand time Patsy was hysterical, just absolutely hysterical.” (BPD #5-230) ”She is hyperventilating. She is hallucinating. She is screaming. She was hysterical. John was pacing around. [Close family friends] were trying to keep Patsy from fainting. She was vomiting a little.” (BPD #5-404) ”I thought Patsy was going to have a heart attack and die. I thought she was going to kill herself.” (BPD #5-437)

In 1997 Patsy's aunt Pam Paugh confirmed that Jonbenet's hair had been "lightened" A former nanny said JonBenet herself had admitted her hair was dyed: The former nanny says JonBenet's hair was a light golden brown which suddenly turned platinum blonde.
@angelalim46383 жыл бұрын
Exactly...JonBenèt is too young to have her hair dyed. And it's also bad for her scalp when she got her hair dyed blond in a young age. The materials used for a hair dye is toxic, to be concise.

My feeling is the boy did it, and the parents covering it up. So they all in on it. If they had nothing to hide they would have talked to police and let them question the boy too. That's if you really want answers, but they already had the answers. There is something wrong about that boy back then and even now. He may have resented his sister for all the parents attention something happened. All that chaos in house and they insist he was asleep, deliberately leaving him out of sight and questions.

@@darkhorse9472 Someone said that that foreign DNA could have been from the factory her clothes came from.
@darkhorse94723 жыл бұрын
@@eiffelviolet You're repeating misinformation. Unknown male DNA was found mixed with JonBenét's blood in her panties. The exact unknown male DNA was found under JonBenét's fingernails as she fought for her life, and the same unknown male DNA was found on the waistband of her leggings, which was 'touch DNA' -where the intruder pulled them up/down. Impossible for the same DNA to be found on 3 separate areas on her body. CODIS (the FBI's program of support for criminal justice DNA databases as well as the software used to run these databases) only accepts high-level, identifiable DNA into its database. It accepted the DNA found on JonBenét's body as belonging to a mix of two people: JonBenét plus one intruder. All Ramseys were ruled out as being a contributor to the mix. The same DNA was used to positively exclude numerous suspects, such as Michael Helgoth, Chris Wolf, Randy Simons, Glenn Meyer, Gary Oliva, John Mark Karr, Santa Bill McReynolds, Linda Hoffman-Pugh, Mervyn Pugh, and numerous others.
