I started watching this podcast bc I needed to improve my English listening skills. However, I have written down plenty of your thoughts and advices. I realized that I do love watching something alone, discuss it only with myself. I do love going window shopping or just walking alone while listening to classic music and imagine myself as a mysterious, loving nature main character. Thank you for these unforgettable almost 40 minutes❤

I love hanging out with my friends but if i do it too much and too often then my social battery runs out, which leads me to wanting to be alone. being alone for me is also fun, but many times it’s difficult to find things to do, so this video was amazing for me
@jastineericho18333 ай бұрын
It means, you are introvert person, because you were mentioned that your social battery was easily runs out, being introvert is a good thing too, because you don't need to have a lot of friends therefore, you have some selected friends where you can easily to talk with and hang out with them.

I think it's very important to be able to be alone. It gives you the time and space to be able to think for yourself and in a world where there's so many opinions that everyone is bombarding onto you it can start feeling a little tough to stand for specific values .. but having that time to be alone gives you the chance to develop your own motivations and allows you to deepen your roots into something of value (to you). So that when you collaborate with others you are not just parroting what someone else has said to you but you are engaging someone else and providing something of value to them to - not just in word but also in deed. 💙✨

@afridajahan2004 Жыл бұрын
@@icyhotgirl8616 well TBH, I am no one to be identified as a master of it. I am just the master of my own self. my self love journey started with journaling and you tube . i got to know me more and more by journaling and you tube had mostly all the answers of my problems. listening to musics that promotes confidence and self love was also helpful. my very 1st tip will be 1. not care about others opinions about you 2. know yourself more and more 3. find out from where, when and WHY you get these feelings of low self esteem or self worth 4.work on your problems and solve them 1 by 1 5. PUT IN THE WORK NEEDED 6. lastly know that it is a process , there will be ups and downs. BUT DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF >> BEST OF LUCK !!!

I had just finished to listen your thoughts for throughout 40 minutes and I have been realize that being alone is not a big deal anymore in ourselves, because you found in yourself that you can make some things where you don't need someone to be with you. Being alone is dangerous if you found being comfortable and satisfied that you don't need to associate yourself to someone else.

Thanks a lot for such a nice podcast!! Listening to you, I get inspired to spend more time alone and note lots of activities what I can do this time. I’m an early bird so every morning I spend alone. Personally it’s my favourite time of the day. There’re sooo many things that I manage to do in morning so me-time certainly makes me be more productive and rejuvenated as well. Listening to some podcasts and music I don’t only relax but also develop my English skills, especially listening (I’m from Russia). I’ll definitely try journaling and I hope it helps me understand my wishes and feelings better. Wish you endless inspiration ❤
