so basically in simple words 1. don't eat anything in 4 hours before work out. 2. load caffeine before work out 3. HIIT and LIIT if you had not been a trainer, you would have been a fantastic teacher.

Kunjal Chawda i think if u go to toilet first thing in the morning and clear your stomach and then make a coffee just in hot/warm water without any milk for sugar and let it dissolve in your system for 10 minutes or so on your way to gym it will definitely help to boost your energy level and your mood and above all no acidity just my opinion 👍

I did a cut last year. Usually i would fast for 24 hours and eat low carbs to keep my glycogen low. I would train high intensity and take l carnitine for fat cell mobilization. I swear this video makes so much sense. Keep it up bud.

@@akash4584 man it’s 3 years old comment. I used to fast for a day and take L- carnitine before workout. Used to do 3 days per week. I know there are 24 hrs in a day, but try it for yourself. Btw intermittent fasting can be done in different cycles 8-16 hrs split, straight 24 hrs, 3 days in a row, etc depending on various circumstances. Usually would prefer near photoshoot. Also before you attempt it try to get to 9-10 % bf.

@@darkvador9428 I will try Intermitten Fasting, But since I live in PG (in Bangalore), it is not possible to prepare perfect diet food. Mess Food and Office Canteen's is not good enough, I manage to eat only healthy food items but still can't fulfill my diet.

You have put science information very well, but there is no evidence as such to burn fat specifically from one particular place. You are correct that from places like thighs and lower belly, due to the presence of alpha receptors the process is slower, Solution is not anything related to insulin and bla bla, because its purely fiction made on internet about insulin shit, your calories determines, not insulin. Solution is to simple stay consistent with your calorie deficit and physical activity. you guys have to accept the fact that its mostly GENETIC and mostly depend upon person to person. Keep patience and being consistent and progress consistently every single day. btw good information but as i said, you cannot directly target to lose fat from those areas. I have been studying all these from years so i know and not some random internet blogs. Stay fit stay strong.

I do morning workout and prefer to do empty stomach just with a coffee.. And as Ur video says about L-carnatine so would it be ok if I take it one dose as post workout my first meal and the second dose may b with my 3rd or 4 the meal..? Or I can take it before my workout on empty stomach in the morning.. hope to hear from u..

As most people say it to be taken with carbs for best results .. So should I do 1g with coffee 15 mins before work out and 1 gm after workout with my first meal and 1 grms with my 3 rd meal around 4pm.. is it ok.. the main question is still there .is it ok to have l carnatine with just coffee before workout..? 🤔

😕Really he would've said that because at such high fat levels this much hardcore training will cause many side effects like lack of energy and will also it's not that hard to lose fat as a beginner I myself was a bit chubby when I started my journey back then I followed the tips of caffeine and no food before 4 hours of workout and trust me it does wonders

@@rahulvaid9099 Just be consistent and don't take too much rest days (they make you lazy I myself have the feeling of not to workout when I take a rest day so it's better to take only 1 rest day a week rather than taking it every other day ) Start with exercises you can do more in number as a beginner (like squats , lunges , Crunches etc. ) do try to achieve other exercises which require a bit more strength like push ups and pull ups when you're free (start with their easier variations like wall push up and grounded pull ups ) when you can do atleast 5-10 push-ups and pull-ups don't try to get more reps rather do full range of motion and you would find it diffult to do these now . You can download homeworkout app from play store and follow begginer abs workout and intermediate legs workout , don't emphasize too much on arms most of people I see only do arms workout and it won't help after like 3 months you will see drastic changes later after 6-8 months you will only have a bit of stubborn fat left and Yea with increased strength you will be able to do many other hard homeworkouts for chest and arms as you'll learn how to do more push-ups. For diet just add 4 eggs to any meal after workout you can also eat chicken everyday or every other day if it's feasible . Just don't eat crap outside eat simple foods that are made in your home like chapatis, rice fruits veggies . Reduce your artificial sugar intake to zero (ik it'll be mentally hard to do but after months you'll notice that you feel a guilt when you eat artificial sugar like when you fap) . Some people just can't drink milk without anything sweet so you can replace sugar with a lil chunk of jaggery or gur . Don't be demotivated if you can't buy protein supplement they are pretty much useless for us who just wanna stay healthy and don't wanna make horrible big muscles . At last I wrote this all cuz fitness is not just an hour at gym it's a lifestyle :) hope you'll find it helpful friend

@@kriss_kross3274 buddy i am happy that you took ample time for me to write such valuable information i ma highly thankful to you, but my problem now a days is that i am not loosing weight despite of calorie deficit diet and protein supplement and less carb diet, fat content from my diet is almost negligible , i do regular workout (esp weight training and little cardio), despite all i have increased my weight 2 kg more rather reduction in weight. i have noticed tightness in the body and much better shape but no weight reduction.kindly enlighten about getting ripped muscles and reducing body fat percentage.i will be highly obliged to you.

@@rahulvaid9099 ig you aren't having enough sleep most people get stuck at their physiques just cuz they ain't having enough sleep ( I'm not fully sure tho) Btw if you want ripped muscles rather than huge muscles you can also try out calisthenics it'll make you learn many cool movements ( that you can flex too ;) ) without getting too big Also another reason might be you are an endomorph that's why it's a lot harder for you to cut off weight

Hey u can not simply recommend tyrosine to people as it being the precursor of nor epinephrine and epinephrine will definitely increase their levels in the body but it’s not good for hypertensive patients. Rather it can lead to hypertensive crisis in an already hypertensive patients. So u better add one NOTE for hypertensive clients to consult their physician before consuming tyrosine!

Hey! I browsed the web about the affect of tyrosine on blood pressure. I couldn't find convincing data to back up this claim. On contrary, I saw a study where administration of tyrosine ended up decreasing blood pressure in the rats. I only saw that it can slightly increase blood pressure as a possible; however, it is not uncommon for every supplement/med to have side effects. Can you link the source of your info?

good point, not just tyrosine but also caffeine will fuck with the minds of hypertensive/hyperactive individuals and leads to insomnia, adrenal fatigue and so many other problems. Even normal individuals will experience sleep disorders sometimes.
