Thank you :) sometimes, I don't have the energy to get on my mat and my bed feels like a comfort but I still want to do something or workout and your videos are so well made! It makes me feel so much better because even though they are short and in bed, the exercises are good!!! 💛💛 Love how your videos don't focus on appearance either. Lovely lovely content :)
@DayanaWang3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your kind words! 🤍 Yes, you are right. I do not like to focus on appearance, “do this for 2 weeks” type of videos. I prefer a more sustainable approach to fitness with realistic timeframes. ✌🏻

I've been loving the idea of workouts with weights lately but are they suitable for beginners or should I ease my way into working out first until I gain some strength?
@DayanaWang3 жыл бұрын
If you are just starting out it will be best if you learn how to have proper form during bodyweight workouts. As soon as you get strong and you know how to execute the movements you can definitely start something more challenging like a workout with weights! ❤️

Can we do these exercise before sleep and after how long of having dinner?
@DayanaWang3 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can do them before sleep. Ideally you can workout 1-2 hours after your dinner to prevent any side effects. You shouldn't exercise right after eating a large meal, to prevent the feeling of bloating or muscle cramping.

Is it necessary to do warm up and cool down exercises ?
@DayanaWang3 жыл бұрын
Yes, by doing a warm up you mobilise your joints, prevent any injuries and encourage mental preparation for your main workout. Also cooling down helps with safely bringing down your heart rate. Hope this helps. 😊

Can you make a video on how to fix your posture in bed? Or it's not possible?
@DayanaWang3 жыл бұрын
Hey lovely, there is no such thing as a cure for posture because there is no such thing as “bad posture”. Everyone has different postures because of their day to day lives and their job. The most common position which is the ‘sitting down posture’ (the majority of people that work sitting down) - head poked forward, shoulders rolled forward and with a big curve in the spine. But your body is smart and it adapts to that specific posture. However if your posture starts to become painful, you could ameliorate that with stretching or by strengthening your muscles with regular exercise.

Hello, Dayana! Can you make a video of some full body cool down stretches in bed after workout? Thanks!
