i thought it was going to be easier because its in bed but its just as hard. but i feel more motivated since i dont have to move around that much and because i feel more comfortable in my bed. its my first time doing it. i hope it works. I'm going to be doing it everyday now!!

thank you for the video!! i find working out in bed reduces the vertigo i get from laying-down workouts normally and is also less harsh on my knees! im trying to get back into working out after letting myself go for a month following the end of my semester and this helps so much
