💕 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
It depends on various factors, including your weight, the intensity of the
exercises, and your fitness level. On average, a person weighing around
155 pounds can burn approximately 100 ~ 150 calories during this one.
Keep in mind this is a rough estimate and actual calorie burn can vary:)
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. So here's my update:- Day 1:- love it. My legs just feel a little sore. It was not that hard tbh. Except for the last exercise. Day 2:- I don't workout on sundays. Day 3:- I skipped it (I was depressed). Day 4:- Back to it. My stomach feels great and i can already see some changes. Day 5:- My abs are beginning to form. Waist size:- 24 inches. Day 6:- Idk about ny waist size but my abs are getting more defined Day 7:- I didn't do the workout Day 8:- since I didn't do it on Saturday, i did it today anyways (sunday)

Hey!..I have been doing your workout for a while like 8 days or more and ya I do see results already..My waist is slimmer and JUST NICE..(2023 workout schedule)..Am not on a diet ..its just that im eating less and skipping junk food a bit..Lots of love ...❤

Hello i will make a workout diary i will give updates every day Ps. Thanks for this good video About me: Height: 157cm Weight: 46kg I will do this workout twice a day and another workout from shirlyn the 10min kpop full body. trying this workout for as much as possible I tried so much workouts, but always I gave up, I hope this will work! day 1: it was so easy, I feel motivated! day 2: easy today too, I feel a little burn on my waist i guess, hope this works day 3: so much easier today day 4: today i feel so relaxed after this workout, i love this workout!!

I've just finished doing this workout and it went amazing. I've been doing your workouts since a month now and I lost 7kg 🤍. I will also do this video as a challenge Day 1: ✅ was pretty easy but flutter kicks was really difficult to do.

Well, as far as I know, you can work out without guidance. But remember it's important to have a basic understanding of proper exercise from and safety to avoid injury:) And if you're new to working out, it's advisable to consult with a fitness professional in person or Dr. And this workout can be done from intermediate level~!
