I've been looking for a standing abs workout and over the past week I've tried at least 10 different ones - no one holds a candle to Bhangralicious. Please please please make a standing abs workout. No one else has the good music, the workout timed to go with the music, the encouraging smiles and happy teeth gritting. I am spoiled forever by you.

Great video. Bus exercise kab change karni hai woh nai pata chal raha tha and duration thodi inconsistent thi. Side plank duration was too less. Maybe you tried to put too many exercises into 6 mins. Also, Inclined legs exercise not good for ppl with back pain. Waise mera workouts mein KZbin par super favorite Jordan yeoh hai.
