I am back with another workout routine. And I decided to do something different for this one. Most people have this misconception that you need to workout for hours to lose weight. It's been scientifically proven that's not the case. All you need is the right exercises that challenge you enough and get your muscles feeling the burn. So I designed this 6-6-6 style full body workout on 6 different Punjabi songs to help you lose weight at home.
Here's the workout breakdown:
6 Minutes: Lower Body Workout
6 Minutes: Upper Body Workout
6 Minutes: Core Workout
