This is my favourite ab workout! They burn so bad afterwards, I often find it hard to feel much in my abs but this is a killer!

Im glad you demonstrated the full exercise three times and showed how difficult it really is. Not exactly looking forward to this but am going to attempted it!

Been doing this workout on and off as part of my routine for over a year now, and no other workout I’ve found makes me feel my abs as much as this one! The burn is so good but the moves aren’t impossible to manage. Can’t recommend enough!

Greatt stuff Joe...I find that if I up the work period to 50 seconds and reduce the off / recovery period to about 15 seconds while maintaining good form and technique I can attain a better overall muscle burn . I feel somewhat underwhelemed by the 40 second work rate followed by a 20 second recovery phase before going at it again !

This is such a good workout! I run most mornings and then do either an ab workout or a hit session! I start in the RAF at the end of the month and doing your sessions have helped loads! Cheers joe🏃🏻💪🏼

this got me proper sweating haha! did 3 rounds of HIIT last week from joes beginner work out. Can really feel it working. Ben following joe for two years now and im finally in the mind set to get lean! cant wait for my summer body! thanks joe for these home work outs xx

Great abs work out Joe. I am on day 11 of cycle 1 of 90 Day SSS and loving all of your videos. Looking forward to measuring my results at end of cycle in 19 days. I feel really confident that this workout will help pull my waist in and strengthen my core.

I'm 8 years old I do one of your work outs every day switching from a weight one to and and one because I want to keep my six back and be a strong gymnast when I grow up

This has jus killed me this morning, but HIIT it every morning this week, different ones each time and starting to notice a difference. Lean in 15 to, feeling positive that i may finally shift my baby weight and not have to stop eating. More videos please Joe xx

You never have to stop eating! Your Body needs lots of food- especially when your active. Eat healthy and how much your Body Needs...I think you will drive good with that :-)

heya there's a awesome website called www.losebabyweight.com defintely try it out, they do plans and challenges, i just signed up to it, looks good, a few of my friends did it and lost weight while eating awesome food, so you dont have to stop eating, ( oh this isnt spam or anything )

doing this twice a week. just started on Tuesday. As doing other exercises the other 3 days a week. keep the weekends free for my kids. So with only doing this exercise twice a week how long should it take to see results? I don't have much body fat? I'm quite thin. with the other exercises it has taken three months to see results. should i expect the same with these exercises?

Can I do this alongside the 90 day plan? I'm on my last day of cycle 1 pretty much 10% bf but no abs to show :) thanks for posting, love the workouts and the plan itself is working a treat!!

Don't worry about calories too much, your body will continue to burn after so you struggle to get an accurate amount

I don't understand. the rectus abdominal does not cross the hip joint so I don't see how it could create a hip flexion torque

Belly fat is most improved by diet though, so make sure you're eating clean too!
