Down 6kg since doing these workouts 4x a week for the last 3 months combined with eating better. Good stuff.

I did do it, albeit three days after I said I would ! I must say,that actually wasn't as hard as i psyched myself up for (im pleased ! ) Ill admit it was quite hardto hear the beeps over the music i was playing (so much better with music). I'm refreshed and ready for school now. Thanks Joe!

Hi joe! We are really working hard to shift weight and gain muscle! We started your course two weeks ago and I have already lost almost 9 pounds! we love these quick bursts of exercise, and have taken up tennis! thanks so much for your help!

Oh goodness, the temperature in my workout room was at 28 degrees c after a whole day in the sun so this I am now very warm indeed! Thanks Joe, that was EXACTLY what I needed.

I am not a fan of mountain climbers and thrusters! This is tough on the shoulders and arms but I like the cardio abs combo. The scenery is fab. More amazing workouts please Joe, thank you x

Was feeling a little fatigues today, so I have no idea why I decided to give this one a go! I was less than useless. My legs were hollow, my abs were weak and my lungs were not joining in! It was a constant battle between my lungs and abs as to which ones would give out first, usually about 20 seconds into the reps. I will put this down to a little too much training, and learn to not do the 25 minute sessions when my body needs to rest! Great workout though (in normal circumstances!).
