I don't kow why, but it's always so satisfying to watch McLarens crash each other... :) I tell you what happened at 11:20 , he just drove away after he crashed the other Macca, but later he saw that you're behind him and said: "Oh f*ck, i'll be on youtube, i give the position back instead..." :)

Going back to the old ways, I see, Chris. 😂A great tactical race until the end, there. Usual Monday shenanigans while people are relearning how to drive a new track.Was 3 seconds off the pace in quali for my first race last night so started near the back of the grid (P24 or so, I think). Made 10 places up on first lap! People are just insane on a Monday. I did get up to P8 but then wheel decided to come away from desk on last lap. Managed P3 on the next race. My split was dominated by the 296. Top split was dominated by Maccas and Astons, with just one 296, who finished last. The Macca does look quick around here.
@chrisrogerssimracingАй бұрын
Yeah, I worried my videos were getting a bit boring without the calamitous mistakes, so thought I better throw one in 😉 the Macca was definitely the car of choice in this split, and you’re right, it was classic Monday afternoon stuff. I’ll be keen to give it a second try later in the week, as I found quite a bit of pace during the race (and I also now know to avoid that kerb!).

I just did a race at Donington Park yesterday in the Moza Challenge. Started P10 and finished P8, not too shabby considering I'm running mid-1:27s and mostly 1:28s while fighting for position. My pace fell off a cliff mid-race but it certainly could have been worse! Great race here.
@chrisrogerssimracingАй бұрын
That’s an impressive pace. I reckon I’ve got a 1.28.1 in me, but not sure I’d get into the 27s. The guy on pole in this race was lapping that pace… and he carved through the field pretty easily after his mishaps! Gained on me by about 1sec a lap. Scary fast, I don’t know how you manage it.
