Hey man, it's my first comment on one of your videos! Over the past 3 months you've helped me fall in love with working out, especially lifting. I bought a set of dumbells and you were the first youtuber I found giving instruction - and I've stuck with you ever since! I absolutely love your tri-set format, I always come away feeling stronger and I've found over the past 3 months I've literally physically grown in size; I think it's thanks to the focus on different muscle areas and the dedication to wearing them out. For me you are on track. Warm up ,20 minute workout, cool down. But I like how you mix things up.

Greetings from Germany. Recently started lifting weight to ease into menopause and the later life. I love your workouts and this one killed my shoulders and hands, but I enjoyed the burn. There were many new things that I learnt newly in this workout. Thank you for your efforts and good work.

I'm not ready for this one but I'll get there. I started with a 15 mins beginner full body workout and I've now progressed to a 20 full body no repeat workout. I'm really enjoying your workout. I'm definitely seeing changes in my physique, so thank you very much💪💪

Great workout! I like multiple sets for strength training and no repeat when it is cardio (especially because you love Burpees!). Great pace to this workout. I would like more cardio and sore, maybe Tabata style or superset, pyramids. Also, bring on more volume like this one or three sets. Thirty to forty minutes with warm-up and cooldown is my sweet spot.
