Perfect workout for me. I have added a daily yoga practice to my workouts. Working 10 hr shifts four days a week I then wait until Thursday thru Sunday to perform this 20 min db routine. This way I have time to rest and still get in 4 days of dbs. Plus my yoga in the evening every day. Win! Win! And this db routine has a few new features added that I like a lot and it actually gets me sweating in a short workout time. So thanks DJ. This one will last me for a while. My dream as far back as I can remember was to have a garage gym so hopefully next couple of years I will have a home to build my own personal gym with your help.
