PS Our family had a wonderful memorial service to celebrate my Moms life and legacy. It’s ok if you want to spend ten thousand plus on a funeral but that money can be better used for the living blood or not. 🦋

I was going to skip this conversation because I don't have kids but I'm glad I didn't because I learned a lot. I have a nephew and I try to think of ways I can help him get ahead in life without him to taking on debt. I've been thinking mainly about after my death how my money could help him but it's more important now while he is still young and building his future. Thank you!

I was driving @ listening and had to pull over. John Singleton, director of Boys in the hood, died with no will, no trust, no nothing. They still might be fighting over his money. Even if you have cancer, you still tell yourself, I got time. Too many of us think or say “Let me finish this project”, then I’ll do it.

Everyone’s situation is different however, you can also avoid probate with a Transfer on Death Deed. It is available in approximately 30 states. You can transfer vehicles, real estate, land and building. Depending on what is in your estate this can be another option.
