Adobe Animate - Combining Frame by Frame Run Cycle and Tweens to Make a Running Animation

TYSM! The part where I merge the frames was omitted in many of the MapleStory animation tutorials. But I finally have the answer here! Now I can move my animated sprites without having to move each frame/picture separately!
