If the signal act on alfa receptor (agonist) then it will cause constriction and alfa blocker inhibit it.

In generally the Alpha 2 present on neurones majorly.these are having negative feed back mechanism in builted.the more amount of nor adrenaline presenting at cleft the nor adrenaline act on self receptors and activated Gi pathway finally the neurones get hyperpolarization and inhibitted voltage gate calcium channels.these agonist using to controll bp....

After watching ur video all my concepts become clear but things is not.... basically beta 2 receptor show the relaxation (dilations) in all locations where it presents but according ur lacture we take beta 2 agonist or mimetics to stop this function....sir according to u told in another lacture video, agonist used to enhance or support the activity which natural of reception...
