So the cause of all draw backs must be searched through selection of healthy genotypes, because genes are the actual agents through which we may mold our health. i hope that you will also highlighte the drama of genes. In two meals for intermittent fasting, it is impossible to fit 1800 kcal/day, needed for an "active " person....I don't belive in it as maths don't fit. Occasional, say once a week fasting day is better.
