Dr..pl suggest if prolotherapy could be helpful for rotator cuff tear in shoulder where dextrose injections are given or through BMAC therapy thro bone marrow ...known as regeneration therapies...i hav been advised to tk bmac therapy...for my rotator cuff shoulder tear
