this isn't true. Technically drug charges and similar crimes are considered victimless crimes. Any time something is stolen, there is a victim. A crime can only be victimless when it doesn't have a direct effect on someone else, once again such as drugs. Also though, it's not theft if she doesn't intend to permanently deprive him of his belongings

I'd just say okay well my ar 15 is now stolen so I need to report it stolen and charge her with theft she just said she ain't giving him his stuff so now she is a thief
