So many aerobics for beginners are 1) way too fast and 2) way too difficult to follow the steps. This video is just right for beginners. It's a good pace, her instructions are clear and easy to follow, there are no squats and there is no jumping, and it's FUN! I thought at fist it was too easy but by the end I had worked up a good sweat and was breathing hard. The time flew by!

I agree too fast, so I just set my pace fast and try to keep moving. I have never been good at the two-step or line dancing. I think it's more about keeping yourself moving. I like the exercises.

After months of trying to find an aerobics that I am comfortable with and can improve upon without feeling uncomfortably hot and sweaty, this is perfect, loving it, not too hard and gives me a boost going to start going through them all.

Great. As a 64 year old man who used to ( 25 + years ago ) go to many aerobic classes, workout with weights and still practice martial arts, I've been finding it very frustrating trying to get back into aerobic exercises. The mind still thinks I'm as fit as I was, the body knows different. This class was a perfect restart, the tutor is personable and clear in her instruction and the workout was just right for me. Demanding enough to feel like I was having to try, aerobically and mentally, but not so hard that I felt disheartened. I'll definitely be taking this class again, and hopefully moving on to more advanced sessions. Thanks.

I hear you. I guess I'm young compared to you. I'm 50 now. But I also used to enjoy aerobics when I was much younger and now that I lived in Thailand, the language barrier definitely presents a used problem in aerobics classes. Same as you, my mind thinks I'm very young, but my body says different. It was nice to get back into Aerobics again today.

YES! I used to LOVE doing aerobics in college. Lost 25 pounds that way and finally reached my ideal weight--and it was so much fun. But now, I can't find a gym that offers just normal aerobics like this. It's all "zumba" or "combat fitness," or some other weird aerobics replacement that does technically qualify as an "aerobic" exercise, without being specifically traditional aerobics. Bring back regular aerobics!
@Challenger2A76 ай бұрын
@@iamSketchH Yep! My thoughts exactly! I was thinking I must be the only one who felt like that. There's nothing so good, in my humble opinion, as good old-fashioned aerobics. No gimmicks really helped my weight like aerobics.

Finally a beginner cardio workout that is actually understandable and at a normal pace. I could only do 15 minutes today since I don9t have much space for the double steps and also my legs hurt really badly after my intense workout from the past 2 days. Still good! Will definitely do this daily for a while, not planning on doing the full thing immediately as I am obese and trying to lose weight, therefore I need my body to get used to all the sudden workouts😅

Day 1 of trying this aerobics class. Instructions were clear and understandable. I didn't realise how unfit i had gotten over the last few years. Going to push to do this daily until i can complete the whole thing. Only got as far as knee raises today

I struggled to follow this as a first timer. The beat was slightly out of sync with out movements and focusing on that and that transitions was a bit much. As an intro for a bigger person, this was a bit much but I'm going to master this routine and put it to me own music so I can keep with the beat.

I was once a hard workout person, but not now. I returned to try HIIT with no jumping but it ended as I almost faint. So now, I've to find something that is lightlybut not too light to recover my strength first, and I found this vdo. I LOVE how there is no jumping as my right foot previously has a bit pain, and still now. And the instruction isextremely clear, steps are very easy to follow. I like that you provided options for each step, I followed all the hardest except when it comes to abs exercise at the end. At first, I planned to play another kettlebell exercise, but when there is an abs exercise her, so, it's all good for today, haha. Thanks a lot for your clip!!
