Saw them Friday night. Most amazing musicians, hard to stay seated. They graciously hung around to sign CDs. Make an effort to see them in whatever configuration of musicians. Saw them at the Museum of Music in Carlsbad which is an awesome place in an unlikely looking spot of business buildings. Highly recommend going there as well.

There was a time when African music and reggae were thought to be on the verge of some sort of success in the U.S., but two things happened: hip-hop/rap grew quickly in mainstream popularity and visa laws tightened considerably making it extremely difficult for foreign artists to tour the States.
@jazzgrrrl2970 Жыл бұрын
@@AFaceintheCrowd01 When/why did visa laws tighten? Was that after 9/11? These guys live in Toronto though. If they travel on Canadian passports, they shouldn't have a problem. I haven't seen that they've released anything new, though. Time flies, and they're getting older.... Does anyone have any news about them?
