He's like a big shaved bear that hates people! I feel like Heavy is the most justice-oriented merc - even if he can be cruel at times. He seems to care about children and animals, but can be incredibly violent toward people who have wronged him or chosen to fight him, such as the other mercenaries. He seems like he loves Russia dearly - hence why he still lives in Russia and is willing to display the hammer and sickle during a time in which that was the national symbol most used to represent the country - but is not fond of the Soviet government and Stalinist dictatorship that hurt his family. Also, pootis.

pretty sure that although he never forgives the ussr repression he is actually a communist. Just look at this cosmetics. Not only hammer and sickles, but stars with five points and so on. He even went to soviet college, and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have done that if he just wanted to put distances between him and the government. He never actually shows any pity for his father. I think heavy is angry at the communist because they jailed him and their family but not really because the death of his dad.

Zhanna's name is not pronounced as a straight "z," but instead like the s in vision. It's just transliterated as zh into English letters, because Russian has that as a consistent sound with its own letter "ж" and English doesn't. As for the Dzhugdzhur mountains, it's somewhat simpler- pronounced "Jugjur" with a hard u on both. Russian lacks a "j" and it's transliterated as дж, or dzh.

@@ultrixsoma2736 ??? Pyro is in no way OP, he was just completely and utterly busted (as in, his kit didn't function at the fundamental level). His flame hitboxes did not work and just caused some weird interactions, puff and sting was boring and honestly didn't fit in the game, and his weapons were either useless or m2 flamethrowers. Pretty much everything he got was needed and welcome. Heavy also got probably my favorite weapon of the entire update (banana), but I know he's still somewhat weak. He should get some buffs and new weapons, but Pyro needed the update more.

I noticed one of the first songs used in the background was Tundra Man's theme from Mega Man 11. He was a robot master designed by Dr. Cossack and the first one by him since Mega Man 4. Dr. Cossack is Russian like the Heavy. Whether the Tundra Man theme was picked for this video intentionally to fit the Russian vibe of a Heavy history lesson, it fits very well. my headcanon is that the Meet the series takes place before the game, so the mercs are acquainted with eachother but, with some exceptions, don't really Know eachother, so Heavy was afraid of Pyro back then, but at some point in the future he's come to realize that they're really just a gentle, fun-loving spirit who isn't really aware of the harm they're causing.
