The difference between a world record and a Master’s world record in the 10k is only 1:31. What an amazing run by an ageless wonder.

The word master is right there in the title, I'm not sure what title you read. The word "it's" is a contraction by the way, not a possessive. Learn the difference.

Harry Manback : The channel obviously added “Masters” after reading the comments. I am fine with them making the correction and edited my original post. I like FloTrack and enjoy their videos. . Thanks for the grammar correction. IT IS so nice that we have you here to correct our grammar on what we thought were just informal posts on KZbin and not English 410 compositions.

@@canadaqbank Yep. He's a hero in my home country, Norway. He won his last individual Olympic gold medal at age 40, 3 silver and one bronze at the world championships at age 42, and a bronze at age 43. Retired at 44. Had a VO2 max of 86 mL/(kg·min). I think I read something about him running a 9:15 in the 3000m when he was 15 years old. Hicham El Guerrouj and Maurice Greene were also born in 1974.
