Thank you those were wonderful I used to be so physically fit now 75 those wore me out lol but they didn't hurt Thank you for putting up a channel to help elderly people like myself who used to be so physically fit and now so physically unfit lol Thank you for showing us simple exercises that will help increase our strength God bless❤

I have osteoporosis of the spine and hip. I live in the Andes of Ecuador now and walk everywhere. The paths on which I walk are FAR from level or uniform. Because of this, my husband and I need to find good stretching routines that we both can use so we can at least not pull something while we walk. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us.

#2 I am 68 yr female with osteopenia. I have been exercising since the pandemic and am in fairly good shape. I am concerned that some of the exercises I do may not be helpful for the osteopenia. I am trying to learn what would be good for me at this stage of life. I am from NJ, USA
