दूध दही खीर मिठाई शहद फ्रूट जूस और चाय मे चीनी सबसे ज्यादा ली जाती है। साथ ही स्नैक्स तले भुने खाद्य सामग्री से तेल ज्यादा जाता है तो असमय खाने पीने का तरीका और आरामतलबी जीवन ने सभी बीमारियो को फैलाया है तो संयमित जीवन जीना है या बीमारी दवाईयो अस्पताल का चक्कर लगाना है चुनाव आपका है।

Sahi bola aapne doctor maine suger & oil intake 10 % kiya to easily maine apna weight 20 kg loose kiya from 100 - 80 in 2 years , ab mai isi minumum amount par stick hu....no exercise only walk minimum 10000 steps a day, pehle maine sab kuch karke bhi weight loose nahi kar paya tha......i am 52

ji, mai ne bhi rajivji ki ye audio clip suni hai aur mai ab tak use follow karti aai hu par in Doctor sahab ka kahena haai ki Mishri, गुड ,शहद ये सब एक ही रावण के दस सीर है aur वो रावण hai ' Sugar' 😮 Mere husband to pichhle kai salo se sabhi tarah ki Sugar se दूरी बानाये रखे है..aur मै unka majak banati rahati thi..par ab mujhe sachhai pata chali. Reminded me of Dr Abhay Bang's book (Maza Sakshatkari Hridayrog i.e. my enlightening heartattack) yet rarely found cardiothorasic sugerons or cardiologists backing sugar and carb in take to inrease in cholestrol and blocked arteries .. Please keep doing more videos .. They are very simple to understand for non medical professionals like us.. And would be happy to keep spreading positive word..

Thanks doctor. I stopped sugar around 20 years back have jaggery powder in tea, sweets etc... I use 1 litre oil for the whole month cooking do not deep fry stuff it's maybe once a month not more at 56 and my husband 62 we are quite ok by God's grace.

I am 30 years old I got diagnosis Hypertension back in 2018. after than i changed my lifestyle. now I eat minimum 5 vegetables and fruits only. I have quit biscuit, avoid oil, limited junk food. i have became active move after 40 minutes. I only eat 60 percent of meal.

@@drmaheshwadhwani Yet, aren't heart arteries wider than most other organ arteries (carotid and liver could be exception, yet all other organs wont have that much diameter ), and with so much pressure since Coronary arteries are closest to Aorta, i also wonder how body manages to create plaque on top of jelly like cholesterol, which eventually calcifies also .. So shouldnt blocked arteries be seen (i.e. experiencing impaired function of said organ) elsewhere first, rather than Coronary or Carotid ?
