I remained stick to 6 meals a day, but now its time to start 14/10 fasting and maximum 3 meals a day.. my body fat percent was 30% and now i reached at 22% with in three months but its slow process and my metabolic rate is getting slow .. thanks for sharing this information harry veere.. i will try on myself and will give review after 2 months.. my goal is to keep my body fat percentage between 12% to 15%..
