Hii ma'am ....i m suffering fŕom pcod n was doing ur all the pcod related yoga series every day for 1 hr for 3 months n my period was regular n 3rd month itself my pregnancy was confirmed...now I'm 2 months pregnant...thank you so much for ur yoga series ma'am🙂

Hey,,, I was going for the morning walk for atleast 30min at 6:30am daily..n then after the walk I was doing 1hr pcos yoga...n I avoid all the items made of white flour....

Thank you for this lovely video I am a serious pcos patients and I already lose hope about getting periods but accidentally found your video and did the the excersise for 2 days and got my period after 1 year on the 3rd day thank you so much even doctor losse hope on me and I am happiest person today 😊😊😊😊

Hi ma'am, I an suffering from irregular periods and spotting every month , I have thyroid issue as well but still on medication. I am so thank ful to you, I have started this workout along with other yoga asanas since 15 days regularly. Today I am on day 2 of normal period. Also one good thing about this workout is,.. Once I started the exercise, I am doing it consistently. I don't feel like giving up because these workouts are simple but effective.

Last month is my shortest period ever!Also, I didn't have to take pain reliever anymore. This really works. Since I got my first menstruation, i always bleed heavily that lasts until almost 20 days. But since i do this Yoga, i feel so relieved. Thank you soooo much. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This workout is effective for me. I was diagnose PCOS for 4 years my OB just recommend to take some pills to regulate my mensturual cycle but i only gained negative effect. I stop using pills and i haven't had my period in months thanks God I found this channel. In just 2 days of following this workout my period came out. Thank you so much❤ Your video helped me so much

Hey :) I am so glad you are staying up motivated for progress.. But make sure you don't do the same workout everyday, switch it up to break the plateau. Just one video wont serve your goals which is basic sense. I have so many videos, pick one each day of different style like pilates, weights, cardio, yoga etc to see up your progress. Good luck 🤎

I normally never ever comment on videos, however I think it is very essential I share my input so everyone else dealing with similar issues like mine can be helped. I am dealing with lean pcos which makes it a bit more complicated as my weight is fine and I don’t deal with weight related issues but there are other underlying factors causing my hormonal imbalance, therefore I didn’t get my period for 6 months. However within a few days of doing this workout I got my period back. During the workout I made sure to focus on my body specifically the pelvic/abdomen region and really focus on the workout itself. Additionally, what I believe has helped me get my period back is consuming 1-2 neem leaves every morning empty stomach. Thank you so much Akshaya for this workout as it is the perfect intensity and provides amazing results!

Thank you for this lovely workout! I'm not a beginner, but I was looking for an easy-going workout today. This had a nice little arm and thigh burn and some moderate cardio at the beginning. Loved the nice warmup and cool down too. I feel like I did a little work, but definitely at ease.

I've had PCOS for 5 years. My previous gynecologist said it was normal for 4 years. I only got my period 3 times a year and thought it was normal. Now, a new gynecologist put me on birth control for 4 months. I get a lot of intestinal gas as a side effect, but I feel that this workout out makes me feel relieved for the whole day, especially at night. When I skip a day of workout, I have a terrible day. thankss

I don't have pcos but I suddenly gained some weight and not being an active person I'm so glad to be able to do a full workout without being dizzy and out of breath!

Such a Superb thing for girls like us before doing this workout i read all these comments in which people were talking about their experiences i thought its not that real but after trying this exercise for only 2 days i also experience same.. I got my period back that i missed since 7 months... Thank you so much it is too much effective Seriously... ♥️💯

Thank you mam, I have pcod and doing this exercise for 13 days I got periods yesterday and I am surprised because I am suffering from 1.5 years of this problem and no medicine can not do my period regularly but exercise can

I actually love this work out and cant wait to do more pcos workouts. Ill be doing this every Monday, Wednesday & Friday! As person with pcos i did alot of diets and didnt lose weight at all so im hoping this works for me

Wow so organized . So relaxing and slow like you enjoyed doing every single step . So simple but you sweat more and more . This is what I like not so fast and I like standing exercise first then the mat exercise and the stretching. Good for low impact specially for overweight like me . I'm 46 when I 1st get pregnant then after 6 years I gained up to 80 😅 . So difficult to loss weight and to get pregnant .More videos 😊❣️ thank you for sharing . More subscribers to you pretty 😍

sooooo... I'm just commenting to share my experience, i haven't got my period in 3 months and i got anxious so i seeked things i can do to fix my concern by myself, and I've come across this exercise. Guess what, i got my period by doing this exercise for 3-4 days consecutively every morning. ❤
