I have to try. I see the edges inside a little raw I’ll leave a few minutes longer. I like my masa the next day too. Mine do not break when making pero of course no frying is always better. Interesting, shopping on Amazon for my sandwich presser. I had one and I gave it away.

That’s a mini sandwich toaster. Me compre la misma en Amazon por $19.00. La tengo que probar ya que van a ser mis 1ras alcapurrias. En Enero 1 hice mis 1er pasteles y me quedaron divinos. Mi gringo no le gustan mucho. Y con el arroz con gandules y pernil se comió 2 pasteles. 😂
