:3 Good video. It's just unfortunate that he practices and promotes bad posture with his mobile phone that he looks down to. That ruins your health, and in return, it hurts your productivity.

Yeah, that's what I tell plenty with cognitive dissonance towards veganism because they're too occupied with being unhealthy, uncaring about world hunger, uncaring about 70+ billion land animals r*ped into the world each year and tortured, the main reason for deforestation and pollution, etc. The same goes for near-death experience consensus that thankfully debunks cancerous religion and material atheism dogma. Besides the two-party puppet show in America that the Founding Fathers fought against having when they were against having any political parties to avoid the divide.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🌼 Branding is about cultivating associations with your company's intangible ideas that you want people to connect with your brand. 04:28 🎯 Prioritizing strategic moves is crucial for business growth. Identify the constraint of your business and focus on actions that maximize output. 06:08 🚀 Focusing on brand building might not be the best strategy for local businesses. Concentrate on product quality and service to strengthen your reputation. 09:08 🎯 Strategy is simply prioritizing your actions to get the most return for your effort, making sure to allocate resources effectively. 12:02 💡 Identifying the constraint of your business is crucial. Spend your time and effort on actions that overcome the limitation and bring the most significant growth. 15:34 🤝 Leveraging your time and resources strategically is essential for business success. Prioritize actions that offer the highest return on investment (ROI). 19:31 🔍 Ask why you can't 10x your business and identify the constraints. Focus on actions that increase customers, increase customer lifetime value, or decrease business risk. 22:16 📈 Focus on building valuable assets, not just increasing income, to grow net worth. 22:46 👩‍💼 Transition from having a business dependent on you to building a valuable business with a skilled team. 23:14 🏆 Big businesses maintain higher standards by hiring and retaining top performers (A-players). 24:11 💬 Confront discomfort and have hard conversations with underperforming team members to ensure growth. 28:42 🎯 Prioritize tasks based on their impact and ease of execution (impact-ease matrix). 36:10 📈 Focus on improving the product or service to encourage organic growth and referrals. 44:48 💪 Solve the root issues in your business rather than searching for quick marketing hacks. 45:27 🏢 Branding means associating tangible elements with intangible ideas. Build a brand that reflects the values and ideas you want your prospects to believe about your business. 46:44 🌟 Translate sadness into a lack of options and ignorance. Combat sadness by becoming informed and attacking the problem with strategies. 48:26 🧠 Intelligence is the speed of learning and the ability to change behavior in the same conditions. Measure intelligence by how fast you adapt and change. 51:42 🎯 There are only four ways to get customers: warm outreach, cold outreach, paid ads, and content creation. Quantify your efforts using the rule of 100 to drive leads. 54:22 📈 To scale a local brand, simplify and streamline operations to increase profits per facility. Focus on efficient capital usage and reduce operational drag. 58:30 💡 Ensure your business has strong margins and operational efficiency. If you can survive without new customer acquisition for a few months, you'll have a solid foundation for growth. Made with HARPA AI 👍 Upvote to improve video surfing

Key Takeaways Play the long game Invest in high performers and forth mediocre people Don't just advertise hoping to make your company better - if you suck why would you want more people to know? Doing the boring work is what matters most Talk shit to peoples face and make sure they know they need to be better 100 minutes per day on ads, content, cold outreach or warm outreach. Pick one and put in 100 minutes. Do the work. Spend two years creating something that your customers will be thrilled to advertise for you, or you'll spend two months creating something you'll spend years trying to advertise yourself struggling. Make better sandwiches. Then scale.

NOT 100 minutes of each.. That's 400 minutes or 6hr 40min per day ON TOP of the business they're already running... No. It's 100 minutes on ONE. For a period of time, to test. It was either this video or a different one where he said he put out like 500 flyers. And his mentor said they do 5000 to test... per DAY.

At this moment, it is crucial for individuals to prioritize investing in alternative streams of income that are not reliant on the government, particularly with the existing worldwide economic crisis. Investing in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies can still be profitable during this period. Therefore, it is advisable to explore these investment options to secure one's financial future.

Starting out with a with a professional that knows the ropes of the choppy but profitable market is the best way to achieve getting a well structured portfolio. That’s why I have been working with Yuval Eric Brokman‘ and that doesn’t make me daft because in financial dealings one have to be prudent. Most traders enter exit with a quick 10% profit which is not bad in a general opinion but why not aim higher, it doesn’t necessarily mean to be greedy.
