Thank you Paul for allowing us to observe your journey into grief and the healing process. I saw you using so many coping mechanisms that I use to avoid emotions and have to give you a lot of credit for being willing to process while being filmed, it is so encouraging to see some one actually find hope after suffering a devastating loss. Thank you Alex for your investment in Paul as a person and for sharing this journey with us. This series truly was awesome at showing what's possible if we trust and are willing to take risk. God bless!

Thank you to Paul for being willing to share his difficult journey. I think his journey of healing is one of the most powerful I've seen to date and appreciate his struggles with trying to cope with his grief. The loss of a loved one never goes away but it's important to find a way to move forward; his journey has helped me reflect on what I have tried to do to cope with the losses I've had in my life. Thank you again to Paul for sharing, and thank you Alex for your guidance and wisdom in helping others cope.

Thank you, yes it was very difficult and as I mentioned in this Q & A there was a point at which I knew this had worked for healing with my mothers passing and in a roundabout way helped with my grief with Zoey.

I don't pretend to know or understand anything but watching your (and in that word I address all of you) work all I can feel is that what you are doing is SO important. You are all (and I include Zoe in this 100% as well as all of those watching) releasing and alchemising so much pain from this world. Pain that has been trapped for a long, long time and in doing so you are bringing so much creative, positive, light, freeing and loving energy into its space in all of us which in turn is what will help turn this world around. You are all phenomenal. It takes so much strength, courage, humility, honesty and bravery to do the work you are doing. I feel that Zoe would (and is) beyond proud of her incredibly talented and brave team. Thankyou so much.

We all felt Zoey's presence during these sessions, she would of been proud of her Dad doing this so publicly, she was acutely aware of my traumatic past and she would be delighted I have now healed that passed painful time in my life. thank you for your kind words.

Thank you Paul, not only for your courageous inner work of facing your pain in order to heal it, but also for your extraordinary courage sharing your vulnerable journey with an audience of people you don't know. ❤ My heart goes out to you and I find inspiration in your journey to be more authentic and compassionate with my own healing journey. 😊

Hi, it was a tough decision to make, but one where I knew 1. I needed to go through the process and felt Alex was the one who I trusted to take me where I needed to go and 2. if just a handful of people could get benefit then it would be worth the exposure.

Watching from Perth, Australia.... An interesting insight. Another requirement I'd say are people who are talkative!

These four sessions were some of the most human, intimate, honest interactions I've ever witnessed. Thank you for sharing your process. I wish you peace and I hope the best for you, Paul. And Alex, I am so impressed by how much real movement and growth was able to be accomplished in so few sessions. Really just mind-blowing work. It's amazing to see how Paul has been able to experience so much post-traumatic growth because of your work together.

Hi, I can't not explain the magnitude of the shift that has taken place within me, truly remarkable. This time last year I was in such a dark place, and now I've got mojo back.

I think you are so brave Paul putting this out to the public. I wonder what you could say about the transgender and complexity insights for other parents.

Hi, Thank you, I will try as best I can. As you mentioned in your comment, it's complex. From the beginning and through it all, I was acutely aware of Zoey's need to be accepted, That was my primary goal, supporting her and at the same time trying to understand the challenges she faced was hard at times. There were many times where she suffered with others ridiculing her, and that is tough to see. But she knew her Dad was there at all times, she did not always make it easy. So as parents we have our own feelings to deal with, I could never really understand why she wanted to transition because I've never felt that way, and thats hard to do. So any parents that find themselves in this position. It is all about acceptance first and foremost. I was fortunate with Zoey, we had in-depth conversation about how she was feeling and how she saw it in others. We were always frank and honest, she always appreciated someone who would have difficulties dealing with what she was asking, she did not just think everyone should just get on with it. Discussions we vital so I could be more appreciative of her challenges. Paul
