I said I would try this and I did tonight. I may have left a little too long before putting on rack, but still came out great. I had never had this at Out Back either. I went with your cook even though there are so many other versions out there. Thanks for the video Ron

I cook it at least once a week. Great video as you did it a little different than I cook mine but that's the great part, it's still good on the Blackstone and everybody has their own thing. Also, seams like it always rain when using the griddle.
