Come flow with me through this movement yoga session appropriate for all fitness levels! Create some space on your mat and if you need to grab a yoga block to help with balance or move near a wall or bench, please do! Take this at your own pace and feel your breath connecting to each bit of your movement!

Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of each exercise.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! I mess up in this workout, and it's perfectly fine if you do too. All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!

I agree! It's been easier to keep up on workout days and I feel better finishing. If a workout is too long, finish iinon another day instead of taking a proper rest day. I'm proud of us.

I have been thinking the same thing all month. It’s nice to focus on strength, but incorporating other things is important to me too especially as I age. In my 50’s I cant do the same things as I could in my 30’s.

Loved this and agree with others here this programm is refreshing, lots of different and new moves and old ones but its FRESH and I needed this to get back in gear i tend to get bored trying to do my workouts alone each day

I had intentions of taking today as a rest day since we are traveling this morning. I saw the preview yesterday on IG and thought to myself that this would be an easy Sunday night wrap up. I woke up an hour before my alarm and was feeling crampy thanks to Aunt Flo and thought about todays workout. Got it in, feeling better and ready for four-five hours of being in a car. I might still get this in tomorrow after traveling home.

Love love love this programme! Loving the variety and how we're switching things up and including so many other ways to move than just strength training. Also love how Sydney is using the same set weights, it makes me feel like I can do any workout with just 3 sets of weights that I have at home. ❤

I love this program! The inclusion of more mobility like exercises has been so good for me because I have the working out routine figured out. Working on my mobility on top of that? not so much. I loved this workout so much

Forgot to comment, but this was a nice and different workout. I paired it with the ABs routine from the end of week 3 that I missed. I can't say enough how much I love this program. Having shorter and longer workouts allows for versitily as I juggle the responsibilities of life. I still feel fit and challenged while able to make this more my own by choosing how much to do on those days that require me to be in more places than I can be!
