how long did it take to get back from your japan trip?

I was away for 2 weeks and took maybe 4 weeks to get back to a good spot. It's vlogged in the planche series.

Doesnt have to be everyday. 2/3 times a week on Holiday is plenty. But zero days no activity is crazy 😭😭

8 months ago i injured my supraspinatus from running drunk at kids ninja wall with my hands up overhead 😂😂 it was the day i first time held 3" straddle front lever universe is funny Would not run at ninja walls again tho
