The husky spikes tear fabrics apart after a few years of use. My wife’s Subaru had them for 3 years and it ruined the carpet underneath. I had wetahrtechs on my 4runner for 5 years and no damage. Have them on my LC200 now too. The huskies did fit better because theyre more pliable, but the spikes are a problem

Never have I ever heard anyone complain about the spikes . Maybe it was just the low quality Subaru carpet 🤷

Happy with the OEM in my ‘13. Hadn’t heard of Husky before and didn’t like the less grippy/soft surface of WeatherTech that my dad has. Glad to see a new option that might be the be best of both worlds. Thanks for sharing.

I got the OEM on my ‘20 Heritage Edition. The fit is way better than the add-on set Toyota sold me on my ‘17 LC - a real improvement in the later version. The rubber texture is great. I’d mainly used the carpet mats in the past but I’m sold on these.

The only thing I really dislike about the Husky mats is the name. Reminds me of my childhood wearing Husky pants. Husky really needs to design a cool logo to put on their mats rather than the name. I'm probably the minority here.

The Husky logo is just a sticker that's easy to remove. I took mine off the first day.

Should have done weather tech HP liners, those are more rubber like an like oem but way better.

Can you use a heat gun (or blow dryer) to better form the Husky Liners?

I prefer the Weathertechs... easier to get in and out than Husky.
