I usually start with a full stack, too. Same with lats. Lats have gotten so easy than I have to increase the reps and reduce the rest time to get anything out of them.

Wesley is a bodybuilder's bodybuilder. CBum is absolutely incredible, and his personality and openness and charm made him a billion-dollar brand, but Wesley has all of that and, at the same time, is a fantastic teacher. You can tell he absolutely loves the sport. What a show coming up! I can see Wes growing into someone like the great Robby Robinson - someone who looks insane at near 80. Robby is another guy who just loves the sport.

Also, don’t forget that if you stack you shoulders and joints like a powerlifter bench, you will turn the angle into a flat bench. Not wrong with it, but with a light incline setting here, do like Wesley did on the video, he protects his shoulders but not so much arch. Go after my friend. 👍

I have to say that I’ve done an incline smith machine a few times when I find a gym that has one…. It’s freaking awesome. I’m a big fan of old school free weights but this is such a good movement. Arrange the bench and bar height, so the bar touches the chest clavicle.
