I met Bryan from Mama Cherrie's Sack in Brighton. I used to live in a flat with shared rooms for a bit and he was living right above me in the 2nd floor flat. Pretty cool guy, hardworking and into some woodworking as a hobby as well. He has opened up his own Burger join in Brighton, called Moyos Burger, and he runs it with his brother. At least that's what I remember from 2,5 years ago before I left the UK. One of the best burgers I have eaten over in Brighton. Grubbs Burgers are also quite nice, but Moyos had great flavors. Wish him all the best! :)
